Womens Evening Bible Study

Ruth Bible study will be having a 3 session summer study about baptism. The sessions will be on June 17 “Water, Water Everywhere”, July 16 “A Matter of Death and Life”, and August 14 “Living Water, Walking Wet.” There are one hour sessions. Come try Ruth Bible Study even if you can not make all the sessions. We will meet at 7:15pm at the church. All women are welcome to join us.

Joyful Women Bible Study
Every Tuesday, April 8th. - May 13th. at 10:00a.m.

Join us for some snapshot studies of women in the Old Testament. We will take a look at Eve, Sarah and Hagar, Miriam, Rahab, Ruth, Naomi, Hannah, Abigail, and Esther. This is a lighter, shorter study with only about 12 questions per chapter for homework. Study guides will be $6-7 depending on shipping. Prayer Shawl Knitting Group

The Prayer Shawl group meets Fridays, 10:00 a.m. at Mugs Coffee Bar on FM 359. Anyone interested in knitting prayer shawls and/or lap robes for those in need are welcome to join us. This can be a wonderful ministry to bring comfort and support to those who are experiencing illness, trials, new babies, etc. They wrap, enfold, comfort, cover, give solace, mother, hug, shelter and beautify. They are symbolic of an inclusive, unconditionally loving, God.

BUILDING OUR NEW DECK!
The installation of our deck will begin on June 7th with the posts being installed. The next 3 days we will complete the project. All disciples of Joy are encouraged to join in this labor to finish the almost doubling of our campus! Come out to help, encourage or even annoy! Work will begin at 9 a.m. on June 7th, 9th & 10th and at 2 pm. on June 8th. Let’s make this a time of productive and joyful fellowship together.
