2010 Highlights from Sr. and Jr. High Ministry Team:

• In January, the youth went to see To Save a Life movie as a group.  We also did a 7 week curriculum based on the movie. 
• First Sunday of every month is “Coffee House” where the youth just hang out, eat and build relationships.
• Fellowship, servant and fundraising activities included Dune Restoration project, helped with Summer Sunday School and Camp Joy, hosted Easter breakfast, Casting Crowns concert and lock-in, a thankful Christmas in November, Gift wrapping at Krause House, and our Annual Christmas party.
• Graduation milestone celebrated for the 11 who are ready to begin a new chapter in their lives.  This year we included the graduates’ bio in the newsletter and included a display table in the fellowship hall.  During worship, they were recognized, blessed and given a gift.
• Confirmation students on 2 teams with guides, Amy Cabato and Paula Curry.  The parental support is awesome as they continue to prepare dinner for the group and encourage the kids to participate in servant and fellowship activities.  Pastor Tim and Beth Horstman are the instructors and the curriculum also includes parental involvement that goes along with the 4 keys of faith formation.
• 6 youth attended confirmation camp at Luther Hill this year with adult sponsors Paula Curry
